IV. BIBLIOGRAPHY**
(in specific categories, as noted in the note at **)

*(Issues): While the emphasis should be on actual legislation, chiefly passed but also proposed, you may include other matters that might have been treated in committees or hearings. If some Congressional Committees are particularly important - or newsworthy, you might have a separate category, say C. Coommittees/Committee hearings. Thus for example in the 80th Congress, notably, the House Unamerican Activies Committee was singularly important. It might well warrent a special category. Same was with the Watergate Hearings of the 93 Congress. Etc

**Bibliography. You should break this into separate categories according to what you find. Books on the Congress itself or its most important legislation or issues; books on leaders, important figures in your congress; books on figures who might not have been critical figures in your congress who became important; books on politics or parties that have a section on your congress. etc.
